Sip Your Way Through Franklin County: National Coffee Day All Week
National Coffee Day is September 29, but Franklin County is extending the celebration with a weeklong promotion highlighting local coffee businesses throughout the county.
From September 26 through October 3, 2026, residents and visitors are invited to “Sip Your Way Through Franklin County” with a Coffee Passport promotion supported by Franklin County Economic Development and the Franklin County Tourism Development Authority.
Eight Franklin County businesses are participating: The Stables Marketplace, Blue Collie Coffee Shop, Southern Magnolia Coffee, Packhouse Coffee, Charron’s Deli & Cafe, Vollmer Farm, Curtsy’s Café & Burger Bar, and Café Sol.
Participants can pick up a Coffee Passport at any participating location. With the purchase of a beverage, the business will initial the next available space on the passport. Participants may choose any combination of participating businesses and do not have to visit every location.
Visiting three participating businesses earns one entry into the Grand Prize drawing. Visiting five participating businesses earns two total entries.
Completed passports must include the participant’s name and email address and be returned to any participating business by October 3.
“National Coffee Day gives us a fun way to encourage people to explore Franklin County while supporting our local businesses,” said Angela Allen, Existing Industry/Tourism Development Manager for Franklin County Economic Development. “We hope people will visit a favorite spot, discover somewhere new, and experience more of what our communities have to offer.”
Throughout the celebration, participating businesses will also have opportunities to showcase special offerings, featured drinks and other activities happening at their locations.
One participant will receive a Grand Prize gift basket featuring items donated by the participating businesses. Franklin County Economic Development will randomly select the winner by October 12, 2026. The winner will have until October 30, 2026, to claim the prize.
